Ingredients:

PMS Essential Oil Blend includes Rose Geranium (pelargonium Roseum), Rosemary (Rosemarinus Officinalis), Sweet Marjoram (Origanum Marjorana), Clary Sage (Salvia Sclarea).

Use:
Add 3-4 drops of oil to an oil vaporiser, bath or four drops to every 10ml of carrier oil for adults.

Caution:
Keep out of the reach of children, may cause skin sensitivity if undiluted, do not take internally& avoid during pregnancy. Store below 30c.
