Throat Chakra Essential Oil blend includes Spike Lavender (Lavendula Spica), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Cypress (Cupressus Sempervirens), Frankincense (: Bosewelia Carteri).

Uses:
Add 3-4 drops of throat chakra blend to an oil vaporiser or bath, add four drops to every 10ml of carrier oil for adults.
