Ingredients:
Energise Essential Oil Blend includes Lemon essential oil (citrus limomum), Mandarin (citrus madurensis), lime (citrus aurantifolia) & Spearmint (Mentha Spicata).

Use:
Add 3-4 drops of citrus burst to an oil vaporiser or bath, add four drops to every 10ml of carrier oil for adults. Add half the adult dose for children.

Caution:
